Frank Stellato | Chief Financial Officer
Frank Stellato serves as Chief Financial Officer for Bolder Healthcare Solutions (BHS) and brings 30+ years of experience in finance, healthcare and high-technology businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to joining BHS in September 2012, Mr. Stellato served as the CFO at Firstsource Solutions USA, Inc. from 2007 through 2010. Previously, he served as the CFO of MedAssist, Incorporated from 2003 through 2007. Mr. Stellato was actively involved in the sale of MedAssist to Firstsource in 2007. He has a strong background in the medical and healthcare industries including 15 years with Baxter Healthcare in finance, marketing and operational management roles. Mr. Stellato has demonstrated success in acquisition analysis and integration, organizational restructuring, revenue growth, operational improvement, negotiations, expense management and the accelerated generation of shareholder value.
Mr. Stellato holds a B.S. in Accounting from De Paul University where he graduated with Honors and later earned his CPA Certificate from AICPA Chicago Illinois.
