Jack Tindal | Vice President, Human Resources
Jack Tindal serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Bolder Healthcare Solutions (BHS) and brings 22+ years of executive level human resources experience in healthcare ranging from smaller start-up operations to large multi-national companies.
Prior to joining BHS in December 2012, Mr. Tindal served as VP HR for Firstsource Solutions USA, Inc. from 2009 through 2012. Previously, he has held key leadership roles including VP HR for MedExpress Urgent Care in West Virginia; VP HR for MedAssist in Louisville KY; VP HR for Atria Senior Living Group and Chief Administrative Officer for Sun Healthcare Group in New Mexico; and Chief Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer for several organizations. Mr. Tindal has demonstrated success in integrating various cultures during acquisitions and mergers and has a broad background in recruiting, labor relations and human resources operations.
Mr. Tindal holds an M.S. in Human Resources from West Chester University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
